Apprentice applications are accepted one time per year during the month of January. If you are interested in the Plumbers Union Local #12 Apprenticeship Program, then please contact:

Apprentice Application Notice

The APPLICATION PERIOD for Plumbers Local #12 Apprenticeship Program will be held at the Training Center, 1240 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, MA on the following dates and times.

 

Application Dates

Start Date:  Wednesday January 2, 2008        Last Date:  Thursday January 31, 2008

 

                        Monday through Thursday (Mornings)  9:30 to 11:30 AM

                        Monday through Thursday (Afternoons)            1:00 to 3:00 PM

 

AN APPLICATION FEE OF $12.00, NON-REFUNDABLE, MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION.  MONEY ORDER ONLY.

 

Applicants must be at least 18 of age by June 1, 2008.  Additional requirements; High School Diploma and transcript of grades or high school equivalency (GED) certificate and official report of GED test results, birth certificate, social security card, and driver’s license.  If applicants have not graduated from high school or completed their GED requirements, they must provide a transcript of their high school record to date and/or their GED scores.  If applicable your military transfer or discharge form DD-214.  You must bring copies of the above mentioned items with you on the day of application.  NO application will be accepted without the items listed above.

Additional information will be given to applicant at the time of application.  Applicants will be notified of their interview date certified mail mid-March 2008.

 

ALL APPLICATION WILL BE COMPLETED AT THE TRAINING CENTER.

NO APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER TUESDAY JANUARY 31, 2008 AT 3:00 PM.
