LOCAL 12 MEMBERS ARE REMINDED to have your plumbing license or apprentice registration card with you while you are working on the job.  State plumbing inspectors will be authorized effective January 15, 2009 to issue tickets with a $100 fine to anyone who does not have a current plumbers license or apprentice registration card on their person.  Fines are already being issued by State plumbing investigators.
